Overview
Counterly, Inc. ("Counterly") provides software for countertop takeoff and estimation. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, company), uploaded plan files, usage data, and support communications.
How we use information
To operate the service, process takeoffs, provide support, improve the product, and communicate about your account.
Plan files
Drawings you upload are used to generate takeoff output. We do not sell your plan files. Retention follows your account settings and applicable law.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our public marketing pages are used, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors came from. Both only send data from our public pages; visits to customer quote links, invite links and the signed-in app are not sent to either. The page addresses we send have query strings and fragments removed. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. We do not send form contents to either service.
